Introduction to Careers In Action (CIA)
Careers In Action is a newly launched podcast series by Tutors In Action, aimed to support Malaysian students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds, in navigating the often confusing journey of choosing a career after SPM or Pre-University. The series features candid and insightful conversations with professionals who will share authentic perspectives on their respective careers. All episodes will be freely accessible on YouTube and Spotify, complemented by short clips, Q&A segments, and highlights shared across our social media platforms.
This podcast series is part of TIA’s ongoing commitment to expanding equitable access to quality education and career guidance. By showcasing real-life experiences, we strive to equip students with the clarity, confidence, and inspiration they need to make informed decisions about their futures.

Project Status
The podcast is currently in its launch phase, with plans to release two full-length episodes each Tutors In Action term. These episodes will be accompanied by bite-sized video clips, highlights, and Q&A snippets shared across our social media platforms.
We have begun curating a diverse lineup of guests, and upcoming episodes will spotlight professionals from a wide range of industries, including both well-known and lesser-explored career paths, to ensure students gain exposure to multiple possibilities. The content pipeline is actively being developed, with future episodes set to include fields such as healthcare, the arts, technology, public service, education, trades, and entrepreneurship.
