We aim to pair you with a tutor/tutee within 5 days of your registration date. Please note that the waiting period may be longer in the case of:
Our Welfare-Ops team will send you a confirmation message via Telegram. The message will consist of your pairing details and further instructions on how to proceed.
Classes should be arranged according to tutor’s and tutee’s availability.
Although there is no minimum duration, we encourage you to conduct each class for at least 1 hour.
Your Telegram handle will be the ONLY contact detail provided to your tutor/tutee. Therefore, we encourage you and your tutee to use Telegram as your main communication platform.
You may submit the “Tutor/Tutee Pairing Termination Form”.
Please note that re-registration is required if you are interested in participating in our tutoring programme again in the future.
You may approach the Welfare-Ops team to clarify your issue, and we will strive to mitigate it while protecting you and the best interests of your tutor/tutee.
If the issue persists, you may terminate the pairing by submitting the “Tutee/Tutor Pairing Termination Form”. We will then assign you to a new tutor/tutee as soon as possible.
Yes! Our Resource team has compiled an extensive folder complete with textbooks, notes, practice questions, state trial papers and more! You can find the link to the folder in your onboarding email.
There are 7 e-certificate categories:
For every 4 lessons conducted, you will be eligible for the next e-certificate category.
You are required to conduct at least 4 lessons every month.
Please be reminded to take a screenshot of each of your lessons to serve as proof. You are required to submit these screenshots in our “Proof of Classes” form. This allows us to track your progress and determine your e-certificate eligibility.
You can expect to receive your e-certificate by the end of the month.

We aim to pair you up with a tutor who is:
Our tutors must have scored at least A- in their SPM in order to be qualified to teach the subject. Moreover, they must also familiarise themselves with the current syllabus.
